Each order comes beautifully packaged in a Thallo gift bag. For delivery to a different address, the invoice will not be included in the parcel. For any further information, please visιt the shipping page or contact us.

Return or change an unwanted item.
If you are not satisfied with the purchase you made through the online store, please feel free to return it within 25 days of the order delivery date. The returns policy refers only to the sale of products in the online store.
Products purchased at this online store are not accepted for return at Thallo Retail Stores or any authorized store.
Returning a product that was purchased from Thallo authorized stores is not possible.

Refund
Please, contact us for the return process. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid. Return shipping costs are extra charged, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment. The return process begins after your package is delivered to us.
